Delivery Information

Dear customers, Due to the implementation of the Movement Control Order from 18 March to 14 April 2020 to curb the spread of the Covid-19. Please be patient for your order to be ship, we will try our best to serve you with the soonest shipment arrangement we manage to, or else shipment will be only arrange once the Movement Control Order have over. No urgent order able to fulfil in this period, please place your order only if you can wait, thank you to be understanding. La Nativa Team.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free !

This means that you only pay the price indicated on our website. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

If you place your order  before 8 pm, we will begin processing it on the same day. Delivery usually takes from 2 to 6 weeks if the shipping address is in Europe. For some more remote areas, additional delivery time may be required. 

These Terms of Transportation EXCLUDE LIABILITY by LÁ NATIVÁ® and its employees or agents in the event of damage, loss or delay. Please allow up to 4-8 weeks for delivery.

Shipping confirmation email will include tracking information within the continental Kazahstan. 

Once the item/package has reached the destination country, LÁ NATIVÁ®  releases responsibility to the local post service. 


Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 2-5 business days from your order date, please contact us. 

Can I change my shipping address or make changes to my order after the payment?

Please note that we will begin processing your order as soon as an order confirmation appears, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to successfully change your address after your order is placed. We strongly recommend that you double check the shipping information that you enter before placing an order.

Due to the large volume of orders, all orders that are successfully placed are sent directly to the shipment floor within a few minutes after the order is confirmed, so that it can be delivered to you as soon as possible. We cannot change or cancel your order after placing it and transferring it to our warehouse for processing.


LÁ NATIVÁ®  ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office. 

Local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery. 

Note to Customer: We cannot be responsible for items with proof of delivery that are unclaimed, marked undeliverable or 'return to sender.'

Unclaimed and misdirected packages that were delivered to us will be removed in the amount of 50% of the order amount. You are responsible for the correctness of the address you entered
